Hoover Pavilion
Scope: Historic building window repaint, lead-safe encapsulation, abatement coordination, boom lift access, and medical facility exterior maintenance.
Exterior Window Painting & Encapsulation
Standford University, CA
We completed a specialized exterior window repaint of the historic Hoover Pavilion at Stanford University, involving several hundred windows across this multi-story medical facility. Given the age of the structure, lead safety was a top priority. We coordinated with a certified abatement company to mitigate any hazardous materials before beginning our work.
Following mitigation, we applied a
lead-safe encapsulation primer and finished with a durable topcoat to preserve the architectural integrity of the windows. Access was made possible using a
125-ft boom lift, and the entire project was completed with strict adherence to environmental and safety protocols.

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. We specialize in commercial painting, parking lot stripes, epoxy and commercial pressure washing.
