Located at 7447 Morton Avenue in Newark, CA, this property is a large-scale industrial and logistics facility, featuring approximately 105,760 sq ft of industrial and office space. Built in 1988, it is home to tenants like Temco Logistics and Javelin Logistics, emphasizing freight, warehousing, and distribution services.

Our recent exterior repaint project covered the entire building façade and metal elements. The scope included:
● Pressure washing and surface prep to remove grime and ensure adhesion
● Sanding and priming all metal surfaces to prepare for coatings
● Application of rust-inhibitive primer and direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings for extended protection
● Coordination around numerous loading docks and high-traffic delivery zones, minimizing impact on operations
● Use of boom lifts and scaffolding for safe access to high elevations

Despite the building’s busy industrial environment, disruption was kept minimal through careful scheduling and safety zones. The project delivered a clean, durable finish that enhances both appearance and longevity.
